What common foods replenish electrolytes, besides juices and such?
The really vital electrolytes are sodium, calcium and potassium. Potassium rich foods do include tomato soup, as well as foods made from many other fruits and vegetables (potatoes, avocados, etc). Calcium can come from dairy products, or from TUMS (they’re mainly calcium, and easy on the stomach).
