Stonecrest offers a complete range of elegant common area amenity spaces available on a “first come first served” book-in-advance basis. A deposit or small user fee may be required to reserve the main lounge spaces to be applied for cleaning and coffee etc. Common areas will not be available for sales meetings, and may only be reserved by the same resident for a maximum of two times per year.
