What comes first: paint, roofing, landscaping?
From the painter’s view on an exterior- roofing, painting then, last of all, landscaping. Dust and dirt thrown up from large landscaping projects can easily be hosed off the house after they are done, and it is very difficult not to walk on small new plantings while painting overhangs. Older plants are more hardy and can be covered with lightweight sheets to protect from overspray and drips.
