What colours should i re-paint my bedroom in?
In my bedroom I have a feature wall which is a medium purple and then the rest of the walls I have done magnolia, I put up sheer purple curtains and purple accessories like cushions, vases and rug etc all in different shades of purple, I always get complimented on it from my friends saying its modern and grown up.
If you use pastel shades your room will feel bigger. You could buy a tin of dark coloured emulsion & a large tin of white emulsion & mix it to your own taste. That’s what I did with my daughter’s bedroom, she chose a purple shade & I mixed the paint into a shade she liked, then we co-ordinated her soft furnishings accordingly. ( Blues & purples are more restful colours ) Good Luck.
