Blue. I did find this video of George Gershwin performing his composition “Rhapsody in Blue” from 1927 with Paul Whiteman(also another great in the history of jazz) and his orchestra. The orchestra is being conducted by Nat Shilkret. And the whole composition is on this video! It is quite an amazing recording to listen to. http://www.youtube.
