What colour scheme do you think would look good against a navy blue carpet and pine furniture?
You could always go for a paler blue if you like blue, otherwise colours that go with blue are: lilac white/cream pink The best thing you could do would be to go to a store that sells paint and see if you can get a free colour sampler and see what you like and place the card/plastic/paper square on the carpet and see if you think it looks good together, I think anything would go with pine, so I think you’ve only got to concentrate on what goes with navy.
