What colour flowers would go with a red wedding dress?
A friend of mine did a black/ white/ red wedding about 2 years ago. Her dress was red, the attendants were black with a red sash and the flower girl was a white dress with black detailing and a red sash. She used purple iris and purple calla lilies for her bouquet and just the Iris for the attendants bouquets. The Groom had a boutonniere with 2 min purple callas and 1 small iris, the groomsmen just had an iris. The rich purples were very striking against the red and the blacks. They also used only ivy for the greenery, nothing really “fluffy” so it looked very sleek and fairly modern. There are also some unusual colors of roses and gerbera daisies are large and interesting and come in a wide range of colors.
