The smokey eye look would be good, with dark grey or black liner. But if you’re looking for something to make your eyes noticeable, i would suggest a jewel tone, like a dark emerald-like green, or a deep navy blue. Purple also works good, but with any of these colors, you have to be careful not to use too much!

Hi, For your eyes the best colours wiil be dark. Dark grey, maybe purple but surely black. I would personally go with black. That what my wife uses – she has dark brown eyes.
