What color shirt and tie go on a grey pinstripe suit??
Gray pinstripe suit are often considered as the bankers uniform, and worn with white shirt and red tie, both plain. There has been a tendency lately to modernize the look, under the influence of Paul Smith, and this type of suit would then be associated with a stripe shirt (going from white with blue stripes to white with purple stripe) and a tone-on-tone plain tie (blue with blue stripes, purple with purple stripes.)
