Many colleges offer some form of International Affairs degree. Some of the better known programs are at Johns Hopkins (School of Advanced International Studies), Columbia (School of International and Public Affairs), Princeton (Woodrow Wilson School) and Harvard (JFK School). There are thousands of other programs in the US and abroad depending on where you want to live, how competitive you are as an applicant, and what you want to specialize in.
