What college major is best suited for becoming a school counselor?
To become a school counselor, the minimum educational requirement is a master’s degree in student personnel services. There is no specific major to take at the undergraduate level, however, some counselors I know have there undergraduate work in education, psychology, sociology, urban studies. etc.
