What college has the best musical program?
depends on what you mean by musical: music, or musical theater. I don’t know about musical theater schools, but in terms of music, most conservatories are based in classical, but other colleges that are not conservatories typically have jazz programs (if you’re looking for jazz or jazz-related studies, i recommend University of North Texas). The only school I’ve ever heard of that works with contemporary music (e.g. rock, pop, hip-hop, fusion, electronic, etc.) is Berklee.
