Violations of the Code of Conduct unrelated to the Alcohol Beverage or Drugs Policies are not covered by the Medical Amnesty Policy. This includes, but is not limited to, destruction of campus property, vandalism, assault, and sexual misconduct. Additionally, the policy does not prevent action by city, county, or state law enforcement.
