What co-payments, co-insurance and deductibles are required for VNS CHOICE Medicare?
Because VNS CHOICE Medicare members are eligible for benefits from Medicaid, the State is required to cover Medicare cost-sharing amounts that the member would otherwise be required to pay in most cases. These amounts may differ based on what kind of Medicaid benefits the member has. The cost sharing amounts are listed in the Evidence of Coverage and Summary of Benefits. In addition, most Members will have to pay small co-payments for Part D coverage.
