What client actions or lack of action add cost and/or time to the search duration?
MDA does its best to communicate with its clients from the beginning of a project how to most effectively partner together. Areas that can add cost or time to the search duration include a client’s lack of timely, factual and quality communications, inflexible compensation adjustments, and an extremely large number of executives involved in the hiring decision.
