What classes would be best for me if Im beginning, or getting back into the gym after a longer than expected break?
Any one of our gentle exercise classes such as Yoga, Yogalates, Lite Pace or the National Heart Foundation approved class – Heartmoves. The next step from these classes may be a BODYPUMP class. A weights workout performed to music with a barbell which you adjust according to what muscle group your working throughout the class. No grapevines or impact, but a great body changing class.
