ImageMapper builds input class (also known as: scanner profile). Adobe RGB 1998, sRGB and the other RGB profiles you see in Photoshop Color Settings are either color space or display class profiles, which can also be used as a source profile. Source profiles can act like input profiles, but input profile cannot act like display or color space profiles.
