What choices of flavours are there?
Each cake is handmade by myself, and they are made with the finest quality and fresh ingredients, you can choose either a dark fruit, light fruit or an exotic fruit cake. The most popular sponge cakes tend to be Lemon madeira or Chocolate, however within my portfolio are:- Coconut, Pineapple and Coconut, Carrot cake, Date and Walnut, Banana, Banana and Pecan, Cherry and Almond, Chocolate Fudge, Chocolate Orange, Coffee and Coffee and Cappuccino.
