What chocolate to use for dipping strawberries?
I do not like Hershey or cadbury’s (this is for the unrefined palette like good wine and bad wine) I am a baker and I use chocolate with a high cocoa content Try and use chocolate that has 78% or more cocoa solids for that rich lingering chocolate flavour that is the best I know you are covering the fruit but at another time if you want a dipping choc sauce melt choc and add some fresh cream and this high solids choc will still retain it’s flavour Know I will get some thumbs down for the cheap choc lovers but the better the chocolate the better the flavour and the better the dish being made
