Our average lab class size is 14 students, and up to 27 students can enroll in the lecture/theory classes. • What other learning opportunities are available? Each year the Hotel and Restaurant Management students and instructors plan a variety of field trips. Past trips have included Las Vegas, Chicago, Orlando, Minneapolis, and Madison. • Are distance education classes offered for this program? Yes. Students may take some of their general education courses using the internet and instructional TV courses.
