What characters are allowed for user names and passwords?

Any letter of the alphabet, upper or lower case, and numbers from 0-9. Please note that passwords are case-sensitive. For example, if you pick MiddKid as your password, you will need to type uppercase M and K; middkid will not be accepted. When you create a user name, be sure NOT to include spaces or punctuation. For example: RobertSmith, robertsmith and roberthsmith are fine; Bob Smith, Robert Smith or Robert H. Smith are not.
