What character is the best for Super Smash Bros. Brawl?
For the most part, the characters are pretty balanced. Charactrers with good reach sacrifice either speed or killing power. A few character, though do have glaring weaknesses (Yoshi’s lack of a recovery move, Ganadorf’s combination of short attack reach and low speed, etc) According to most of the veteran tournament Melee players, Snake is the best in the game, largely due to the killing power on all of his explosives-related moves (of which he has a ton), his ability to toss explosives around and the fact they are hard to see, and just how ridiculously good his Final Smash is. Meta Knight is then second, with his fast attacks with long reach, a tornado move that has priority over everything else in the game, and that he’s fairly heavy for someone who can quad-jump and glide. As for the characters you mention, Falco is probably the weakest of the three Star Fox characters, but by no means bad.
