What changes with the new policies introdcued by ICANN?
In 2003 ICANN introduced new policies regarding domain transfers, thus changing some old rules. The main changes involve: – impossibility of transfering the domain not only for 60 days after registration, but also 60 for days of the date of the last change of Registrar. – obligation for the transferring party to let the domain go without receiving confirmation from the admin-c to an eventual consensus request.
