What changes will take place outside the UGB?
There will be few changes outside the UGB, except in the Rural Land Stewardship Areas, if and when they are designated. Allowable densities will remain low—a maximum of one dwelling unit per five acres, except in Rural Settlements, where densities of two units per acre are permitted.
