The Ernst & Young report found the most effective and efficient low-risk option is to build on the rostering and payroll systems currently used by Queensland Health. Any changes will be made with careful consideration to minimise impacts on staff. A Payroll Foundation Program will be established to implement the Ernst and Young recommendations.
