A new online training and assessment requirement went into effect November 30, 2007, for new Action Pack subscribers. This same requirement applies to renewing subscribers effective March 1, 2008. If your Action Pack Subscription expires on or after March 1, 2008, you must pass an assessment before you can renew your subscriptions. Small Business Specialists who are current in their Small Business Specialist enrollment do not need to take an additional assessment to subscribe to the Action Pack. Read the details.
