• Retroactive adjustments will apply only to active ASPA members, including those on Article 20 leaves, on the date of signing the collective agreement. • In 2005, 3% to all members including those above the salary range retroactive to July 1, 2005. All increments and merit adjustments previously awarded will remain. • In 2006, 3% to all members including those above the salary range retroactive to July 1, 2006. All increments and merit adjustments previously awarded will remain. • On July 1, 2007, adjustment to the minimum of the new 2007 salary ranges for those members who were below the range minimum. • In 2007, 5.5% base salary adjustment to all members (excluding casuals) will be applied to the maximum of the new salary ranges effective July 1, 2007. This adjustment will be prorated for those members hired on or after October 1, 2006 and before July 1, 2007.(Article 9.3.2.
