As from 1st May 2007 the partners of Clark Ricketts are referred to as principals of Clark Ricketts LLP. Your engagement will now be with the LLP (as a separate legal person) instead of the partnership. The LLP’s terms and conditions provide that claims may not be brought against employees of the firm and will also exclude claims against the LLP’s principals. Data Protection As from 1st May 2007 Clark Ricketts LLP has assumed the rights and obligations of Data Controller of all personal data previously held by Clark Ricketts.
