Grandfathered plans can still: • Add new employees or new enrollees • Add new dependents of existing employees • Renew an insurance policy (insured plans) • Change ASO administrator &340;self-funded plans) Subject to further guidance, routine changes in Rx formularies and provider networks should not affect grandfathered status.
