What changes are being made to the Girl Scout program delivery structure?

0

Beginning August 1, 2010, the current Service Unit Structure will be changed to five regions that contain similar numbers of girls and adult volunteers. These regions will be supported by a regional director at the council staff level with volunteer involvement and leadership. The new regional structure will provide greater opportunity to girls while allowing volunteers greater flexibility to become involved with tasks that best meet their interests.
