This year, the New York Giants would’ve been able to close out a victory against the New England Patriots. The last time the two teams matched up, the Giants had nothing to play for, yet they only lost by a close 3 points and Eli Manning had thrown 4 TDs. This time, they have something to win and they have the Lombardi trophy in the back of their mind. So if they were to make the Super Bowl, they could’ve made another huge upset and been the first team to defeat the New England Patriots this whole season/postseason. But of course the Green Bay Packers will win the NFC Championship, so the NY Giants won’t get a chance to go to the Super Bowl.
