What challenges lie ahead for the U.S. cotton industry?
There will be challenges to the farm law and other vital programs along with the need to expand market opportunities through equitable trade agreements and policies, both in this hemisphere and worldwide. In 2004, the NCC will again work to solve problems by relying on the strength of U.S. cotton leaders’ well-crafted policies and industry unity.
