Individuals must have successfully completed the Bow Education Course, and be Hunter Trained or Hunter Grandfathered to be qualified to hunt with a crossbow during the 2008 General Open Deer Season. The approved certification will be printed on your Wildlife Resources Card, as a B certification plus a HT or HQ certification. Otherwise, you must provide proof of having completed a crossbow training course elsewhere or provide proof of having hunted with a crossbow from another jurisdiction.
