The ASTM Board of Directors in October, 2009 authorized the ASTM management to move forward and develop the capability to offer ASTM Certification Programs for products (material, products, systems and services) and personnel. The offering of certification programs as a part of ASTM’s portfolio of services is similar to our successful proficiency testing and training programs.
