What centres offer sweat chloride testing?
NSO recommends that every baby who has a newborn screen positive for cystic fibrosis is seen at a newborn screening regional treatment centre. There are five such centres in Ontario, located in Hamilton (McMaster Children’s Hospital), Kingston (Kingston General Hospital), London (Children’s Hospital of Western Ontario), Ottawa (Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario), and Toronto (Hospital for Sick Children).
