Everyone varies as to the amount of pain they have when they have an ovarian cyst.Some people may not even have pain and can have a large cyst,as some people can have a very small cyst and have severe pain. And as far as rupturing,i am not quite sure but i am sure your doctor could tell you much more info on that.I have had many cysts on my ovaries and different amounts of pain.Sometimes i had a real lot of pain only to find out the cyst was real small like the size of a dime. Best bet talk to your doctor about this as he or she could explain it better than i could but if they thought it was more serious they would tell you.
