What Causes The Actual Pain Of Gallbladder Attack?
My best understanding: It could be blockage from gall stones causing bile fluid to back up (the pressure of the bile fluid causing the pain). Or, it could be the inflammation of a bacterial infection of the gallbladder (swelling causing the pain). Additional discomfort can come from gas, bloating, or constipation due to the gallbladder not doing its job if the bile duct is blocked.
