What causes sleep walking and sleep talking?
Normally the causes for sleepwalking/talking in people is fatigue, prior sleep loss, or anxiety. It could also be due to a reaction to drugs and alcohol, or medical conditions such as partial complex seizures. If this has just started you should really try to get proper rest for at least 7 to 10 days, 7 to 9 hours per night, and if you are using meds or alcohol to sleep, leave them alone. This should correct the condition.
