Poor laziness and ignorance I think, just the other day I saw a young mother throw paper on the floor and saw 2 elderly ladies coming and they didn’t see the paper so I quickly picked it up so they wouldn’t slip on it, the centre management is usually pretty good, but it was just a case of froggie on the spot lol 🙂
