What causes itchy hot heels?
Ah, me too! But it only happens sometimes and in the morning it’s all bleeding and my tights’ll stick to it during the day! I think mine is just eczema, which I used to suffer from really badly as a child. The stuff on my heel is all that remains. I try to prevent it by massaging it with a moisturiser for a couple of minutes before bed. I used to use Johnson’s cream but I really got into Bio-Oil recently and have been using it instead. If it gets itchy at night I can massage it a little cos the oil hasn’t absorbed yet. I don’t know if this has been of any help at all. Mine gets really itchy and that’s the reason why it gets so hot.
