What causes groin and testicle pain?

Here is how to release your back muscles to free them of the pain: Back: Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder and find the muscles next to your spine and press on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but remain there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
You could have a twisted testee. It happened to my older brother when we were kids. Very painful for him so much that he was throwing up. You could also have a clogged sperm duct. I’ve had that twice before I think cuz I’ve had pain in my right one and I was scared shittless because I felt a lump and thought I had cancer. I didn’t see a doc because it all got better and I read up somewhere and asked my same brother who is now a dentist and knows a lot about the body and he said it could have been a clogged sperm duct. If it’s getting worse go see a doc. If it’s a twisted testee you could lose it. My bro almost lost his. When they opened him up it was black and almost dead because of lack of blood circulation.
