What causes global drought?
In recent studies done by several climatologists on the subject the over whelming consensus is that “Global Dimming” may in fact be responsible for the Droughts that have affected much of the regions around the equatorial tropics over the last 30-40 years. The Science behind the subject is simply this… Global dimming is the result of particulate pollution in the air. In studies the atmosphere has 10x the microscopic particles in polluted air. This greater amount of pollution creates an Ideal spot for water molecules to attach to and not gain the weight needed for precipitation. There fore the clouds become thick with moisture but do not release it and a result reflects much more of the solar energy back away from the earths surface. This causes other issues. Studies of Pan Evaporation have shown that world wide moisture is evaporating slower than it did 20 years ago this can be attributed to less solar energy reaching the ground and exciting the water molecules to the point that they
