I experienced similar problems. After a sleep study was done on me, the doctor determined that I suffer from severe sleep apnea. Ssk your significant other if you share a bed, or even a roommate if you snore at night. If so, then you are exhibiting a symptom of sleep apnea and I would suggest you talk to your doctor about having a sleep study done.
