What causes dairy intolerance?
It is very common for humans to show intolerance to dairy with reactions ranging from a slight build-up of mucus after particularly dairy-heavy meals through to rashes and Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). For a number of people the most common intolerance is to lactose and, in my ignorance, I’d thought that this was the extent of dairy intolerances.
