What causes a mobile blackspot?
There are three main causes of mobile blackspots: • Your network strength depends on how close your home is to your network’s mobile phone masts. Being further away means you might get a weaker signal. • Your local environment. Other buildings, living in a basement or tower block, or being close to hills and valleys can all affect the strength of your mobile signal. • Some phones are not as efficient as others at picking up signals.
