What causes a dizzy/moving sensation and sweet/sour taste in mouth im 15.?
Hi there, sorry to hear you are going through this, *all* the things you are experiencing are classic symptoms of anxiety and are all products of what is known as stress biology. So for example the choking sensations when you are stressed because you are in a large crowd are because your throat muscles are tightening in response to your feeling stress. The nasty taste in your mouth is the result of over production of mucus, again a physiological response to stress. I’ve been having extremely similar symptoms and am currently taking a low dose of Citalopram to help. However, I’m seeing the drug as a temporary “chemical bandage” and am also pursuing an anxiety management course. The information in the article below has literally been a life saver for me, I strongly recommend you read it as it explains perfectly exactly what is happening in your body as a result of stress. http://www.nomorepanic.co.uk/articles/sy…
