Holly Zawyer, a spokeswoman for Cheeca with Cheryl Andrews Marketing, said resort managers have not fired people and an announcement late this week would outline opportunities for their future employment. “We’ve heard that there’s talk in the community about people losing their jobs, and we will be clarifying this soon,” Zawyer said.
