What cause under breast pain?

For 3 weeks now I have been having this pain under my left breast and it takes my shoulder blade and my lung it hurts all the time. It hurts to breath and to cough and to sneeze makes me cry. I have taken Aleve and it doesn’t go away it just stays there. Can anyone help me please.
