What cause porosity?

• Bad ratio; putting too much monomer can cause porosity in thick cases. • In general DenPlus acrylics require less monomer and while mixing they appear more dry, but this is normal. • Thick dentures; the heat generated during the process of thick dentures is superior than for regular prostheses. But if the ratio is good and you wait for the acrylic to reach the snap point before packing it, no problem will occure.
