WHAT CATEGORIES OF MEMBERSHIP WILL BE OFFERED?
Premier Resident – These memberships will be issued to the initial purchasers of real estate at Gamble Ridge and Gamble Landing: (Only 41 of these memberships will be offered) • Initiation fee of $50,000 is included with real estate purchase. • No dues or cart fees for life. • The Premier Resident has the following options: 1) Upon the re-sale of the property, assign the no-dues Premier Resident Membership to the purchaser of your real estate. This transfer can only occur one time. 2) Or, you can retain your Premier Resident membership. 3) Or, you can assign your membership to a lineal descendant (one time). Premier Designee – In addition to the benefits above, each Premier Resident member receives an additional membership that may be assigned to anyone. These Premier Designee Members will only pay one-half of the established monthly due amount for the first three years, beginning from the date of the assignment.
